Neurotoxin (Jeuveau & Dysport) Care Instructions

Before Your Treatment (Pre-Care)

Avoid blood thinners – Refrain from alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, and vitamin E at least 24-48 hours before your appointment to reduce bruising.
Stay hydrated – Drink plenty of water for optimal skin health.
Skip intense exercise – Avoid strenuous workouts on the day of treatment.
Come with a clean face – No makeup, lotion, or skincare products.
Let us know if you’re pregnant, nursing, or have any medical conditions.

After Your Treatment (Post-Care)

Do NOT touch, rub, or massage the treated area for 4-6 hours to prevent spreading the neurotoxin.
Avoid laying down for at least 4 hours after your treatment.
Skip workouts, saunas, and hot tubs for 24 hours to minimize swelling.
Mild swelling or redness is normal and should resolve within a few hours.
Results appear within 2-7 days and peak around 2 weeks.

Follow-up: If it’s your first time, we recommend a 2-week follow-up to assess results.

Dermal Fillers Care Instructions

Before Your Treatment (Pre-Care)

Avoid blood thinners (alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E) for at least 3 days to minimize bruising.
Stay hydrated – Hydrated skin helps fillers settle smoothly.
Eat a light meal before your appointment to prevent dizziness.
Come makeup-free to reduce infection risk.
Let us know if you have a history of cold sores – You may need antiviral medication before lip filler treatments.

After Your Treatment (Post-Care)

Do NOT touch, massage, or apply pressure to treated areas for at least 24 hours unless directed.
Avoid intense exercise, alcohol, or excessive salt intake for 24-48 hours to reduce swelling.
Skip saunas, steam rooms, and hot showers for 48 hours to prevent swelling.
Mild swelling and bruising are normal and should subside within a few days. Use cold compresses if needed.
Sleep with your head slightly elevated the first night to minimize swelling.
Stay hydrated to help fillers settle beautifully.
Final results are visible after 1-2 weeks once swelling fully subsides.

Touch-ups: If needed, we recommend a follow-up visit after 2 weeks.
